Step One: Open The Document
You'll receive an email from Transaction Desk on behalf of Valerie Anderson. In the email, you'll see a message that says: "You can download these documents by clicking the links below." Please click the BLUE LINK in that email to open the document. Example below for your reference.
Step Two: Complete Disclosure Statement
Please fill this out to the best of your ability. If you are unsure how to answer anything, please consult your agent.
Please do not exit your browser without clicking SAVE/EXIT at the top of the page. If you need to walk away before completing the disclosure, you can absolutely do that and come back to it later, but remember to save the document before walking away. Example for your reference.
Step Three: Let Us Know You're Finished
Please note: we don't get notified when you've completed the document, so you'll have to tell us when you're ready to sign it. The signing portion is something we'll need to set up on our end for you to do.
